TD SYNNEX Complements its Synology Service Offerings with Technogroup Support Packs

Broadliner TD SYNNEX has signed a distribution agreement with Swiss service provider Technogroup for the sale of Support Packs for Synology solutions. TD SYNNEX sales partners in Austria and Germany now have access to on-site and repair services.

The Swiss company Technogroup, an Evernex company, is the European market leader for third-party maintenance (TPM) in data centers and offers maintenance services as well as maintenance and repair services for common IT systems in its portfolio.

From now on, TD SYNNEX sales partners have access to these services, which guarantee smooth and secure operation of data centers - be it for data center providers or larger industrial customers - and thus continuous business operations can be ensured at all times.

Technogroup ensures the quality of the services on the one hand through the 3-fold ISO certification (both for environmental and quality management as well as for information security), on the other hand also through the high proportion of service employees (approx. 50%) who work in the GERAUS -Control region from 12 locations from services.

Synology's service portfolio for NAS (Network Attached Storage) solutions ranges from Onsite Support Packs and Onsite Post Warranty Support Packs to NBD Replacement Support Packs (without onsite service).
