Broadliner TD SYNNEX has started recruiting partners in the UK for the next wave of its Practice Builder for Dynamics 365 Business Central – a three-month enablement pathway that will equip them with all the technical and sales and marketing capabilities they need to build a successful business practice with Microsoft’s business management solution for small and mid-sized organisations.

This will be the second group of partners to embark on the Practice Builder. Several partners completed the three-month education and mentoring programme last year and several of these are now running their own Dynamics 365 Business Central practices.

Simon Bennett, director, enterprise software and cloud for TD SYNNEX UK, said: “partners may have fought shy of offering Business Central up to now, because they felt that they did not have the right skills. Practice Builder gives them the opportunity to learn all they need to know and get their own practice started. For partners who are looking over the horizon for the next opportunity, it’s ideal – a great way to extend their portfolio, do more business with their existing clients, and pick up new ones. We have already demonstrated that it works with the initial cohort, several of whom are now actively marketing their services with our support and implementing new Business Central deployments.

The strong footprint that Microsoft 365 has in the SMB market provides a solid platform for growth, he added. “For the many thousands of SMBs who are already benefiting from the excellent experience and productivity they enjoy with Microsoft 365, adopting Business Central as their management solution is a logical next step. That’s an enormous opportunity for partners to take their business to a new level, and a really good reason to enrol for our Dynamics 365 Business Central Practice Builder.

Partners that apply to participate in Practice Builder will conduct an initial readiness assessment with TD SYNNEX’s business team. This will identify their existing skills and capabilities and determine whether or not they are ready to embark on a Practice Builder journey. If they are, the partner will then be placed on a structured programme, designed to bring them to a level of competency that will enable their team to sell and support Dynamics 365 Business Central deployments. Partners selling competing solutions to Microsoft Business Central are encouraged to apply, and do not need to be currently engaged or working with TD SYNNEX to be considered.
