Broadliner ASBIS Enterprises has inked a distribution deal with Q-nomy, a global supplier of software solutions that help companies optimize the customer experience in their branches or stores.
Under the contract, ASBIS will provide wide range of Q-nomy’s product lines to its clients from Europe through its offices in Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Ukraine. One of the flagship product is Q-Flow, a unique software package integrating appointment scheduling, customer flow management, business process management. and interactions management, orchestrated to deliver optimized omnichannel customer journeys.
In the framework of the cooperation, ASBIS is going to launch a demo project of integration the Q-Flow to the JU Dom Zdravlja Kiseljak, a hospital in Bosnia and Herzegovina. First stage of integration will be focused on the main office in Kiseljak, and later on – will include all the ambulances in the municipality of Kiseljak. This project will boost the local medicine to a qualitatively new level. The similar projects are also slated in other Eastern European countries.
