Meeting rooms can be booked in real time. They are automatically released at the end of a meeting. Desks can also be booked in advance. Thanks to the interactive floor plan and the colleague search function, Yeastar Workplace offers the highest possible flexibility for offices with desk sharing. The solution is also suitable for managing external visitors. The tool includes pre-registration, contactless check-in, host notifications and visitor logs.
Yeastar Workplace can be seamlessly linked to Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. In addition, Alltron also carries Yeastar Workplace hardware such as room displays or people counting sensors. Alltron has already concluded a distribution partnership for software and licences with the UCC provider Yeastar in March 2022 and added Yeastar P-Series Cloud PBX to its product range. Yeastar Workplace complements the existing product range and is a logical continuation of the previous cooperation. Alltron is currently the only distributor of Yeastar solutions in Switzerland.
