
Danish multispecialist EET Group has acquired all the shares of competiting sparepart specialist Convena Distribution for an undisclosed amount.
Convena Distribution is one of the leading international IT distributors in Europe with an annual turnover of €80 million and more than 19 years of industry experience. The company's 90 employees serve more than 4000 customers in +30 countries across offices in Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

The acquisition will give EET a competitive advantage in the market and drive growth.

The acquisition of Convena Distribution is the latest in a series of strategic moves by EET to expand their business and ensure long-term growth. Convena Distribution is EET Group's 30th acquisition since 2015 and the second in 2023, after French VAD Config.
