PORT Designs Group, a leading brand in mobile computing peripherals, affiliated with the investment fund DZETA, have acquired 100% of the shares of NAOTIC, the French market leader in charging carts and cabinets for computers and tablets. Objective: to expand Port Designs offer and its presence in computing peripherals and mobile accessories, and to become a key player in the Education and Key Accounts markets.

"We are going to develop our common offers in export and in large companies, which are more and more sensitive to solutions of connected bags, carts and cabinets, for their fleet of tablets and laptops."
With a view to operational continuity and business development, the entire Naotic management team remains in place. With this acquisition, PORT Designs Group are preparing themselves to achieve their ambitions. With a strong growth in France and abroad, the Group should achieve a turnover of nearly 40 M€ in 2023/2024.
