French IT e-tailer and retailer LDLC Group has acquired 100% of the capital and voting rights of ACTI-MAC and its subsidiary OSI Nx (the "ACTI MAC Group").
This acquisition would be financed exclusively through bank debt. The operation will notably strengthen the BtoB division of the LDLC Group.
"The ACTI MAC Group has 5 agencies including 3 Apple Premium Reseller stores in France. It also offers a full range of services for professionals. With around sixty employees, ACTI MAC achieved, in its last closed financial year, a turnover of approximately €42 million", said Olivier Villemonte de la Clergerie, managing director of LDLC.
