A recent study by Global Industry Analysts Inc indicates a strong level of growth for the power bank market. The report estimates that the global power bank market is on course to reach $10.5 billion in 2022, and forecasts a growth rate of 11.1% to 2026 to reach US$16.1 Billion.
The US power banks market is expected to reach US$2.1 Billion by the end of this year, with China forecast to reach a market size of US$3 Billion by the year 2026. Japan and Canada are both forecast to grow at 8.7% and 9.6% respectively over the analysis period with Germany forecast to grow at approximately 10.2%.
Lithium-ion powered power banks are projected to record 10.7% CAGR and reach US$12.8 Billion by the end of 2026.
