Cabling and networking specialist Azenn has successfully integrated into the DCC Group to become Exertis Azenn. This move is the culmination of 2 years of intense work, during which the Exertis and Azenn teams have got to know each other, exchanged ideas and learnt how they can contribute to each other, to finally build an organisation and a commercial offering that are even better suited to the challenges that lie ahead.

This development is the logical consequence of Azenn's acquisition by the DCC Group on June, 1st 2021. At that point, Azenn joined the Exertis family, the technology arm of the DCC Group, which supplies retailers, resellers and integrators worldwide.

"Over the past 24 months, we have worked to bring together the best of the 2 entities. In this way, we have integrated the most demanding processes in terms of security, ethics, integrity, social and environmental responsibility specific to the DCC group, while maintaining the agility that has been Azenn's strength", says Philippe Berthelot, Managing Director of Exertis Azenn. "This combination of skills and organisations makes Exertis Azenn a first-class, modern and committed business partner for all market players."

Exertis Azenn's business expertise - centred on the distribution of IT and telecoms infrastructure products and the provision of value-added services for installers, integrators and operators - is now recognised and acclaimed by the group's companies. "The integration of Azenn into the Exertis group is an extraordinary lever for growth", rejoices Gaetano Schembri, Head of Exertis Azenn Offers. "From tomorrow, our in-house products and brands, such as Ekivalan, will be referenced and marketed by a large number of Exertis Group entities in Europe. For its part, Exertis Azenn has strengthened its value proposition by adding the offerings and expertise of the Exertis group around AV, video surveillance, access control, multimedia, telephony and office automation solutions."

"This new visual identity symbolises our successful integration within Exertis and paves the way for new growth opportunities. By combining our strengths, resources and expertise, we can offer our customers and partners a stronger, broader and more agile value proposition, and open up tremendous prospects for growth", concludes Philippe Berthelot.
