FAQ

    1. Our events are by-invitation only.
      1. This means that's it's a private and human sized event, no big crowd mixing end-user, families, students and professional audience.
      2. Second It also means that we know our audience and we can share their information with you: you have access to their company profile, their size, the products categoris they carry, the brands they work with, the channels they cover and of course the names and job title of the attendees. 

    2. Our events are focused on pre-scheduled one to one meetings. So we help you pre-book your meetings in advance with the assistance of our matching score this score is calculated with a combination of product category Channel type company size and geography so we provide you the list which is sorted by the matching score but of course you can also do your own search.

    3. We also offer multiple Networking Opportunities: breakfast, coffee break,  lunch, cocktail, Welcome Dinner,  Gala dinner. All participants stay together in the same hotel.  So this is an additional compliment to the formal meetings that you can have during the day.

    4. Easy logistic and preparation: We make your life as easy as possible so you can focus on your meetings. We only use preset booth format and we don't allow construction; Everything is ready when you arrive. Your stand is ready, your branding is installed your samples are delivered on your booth so even if you arrive on the morning of the first day in just one hour you're all set and ready to start your meetings.

    5. End to end support: our team is by your side before the event, during the event and after the event.
      1. Before the event we monitor all the activities on the meeting scheduler and if needed we take immediate actions to put push everyone to reply and book their meetings before they arrive.
      2. Onsite, we have a special help desk in the exhibition which is there to assist you for any missed meetings any rescheduling or even help you book additional meetings.
      3. After the event we also there to assist you in your follow-up; We survey every participants and ask an evaluation of their meetings. We are then able to support you in getting answers from the people you met and also measure the number of deals signed.  And of course, we also provide you the whole list of all your meeting contacts. 
  • The meeting schedule becomes available approximately three weeks prior to the event.

    • The first week, the access is granted exclusively to exhibitors, allowing them to review the list of buyers and send out meeting invitations. To streamline the process, we provide a buyer list sorted by matching scores to help you identify the most suitable prospects, although you can also perform your own searches.

    • In the following week, the schedule opens to buyers. During this time, they can review the invitations they’ve received and respond accordingly. Buyers can also access the exhibitor list and send meeting requests, enabling a two-way interaction

    • Please note that, within our system, the recipient of the meeting invitation determines the meeting’s date and time, not the initiator. This approach has proven to be the most effective approach to maximise the total number of scheduled meetings.

  • ChannelHub is the parent company of Channel Summits and the online platform that powers the events. ChannelHub is a membership platform for consumer technology and IT brands, e-tailers, retailers, resellers and distributors from across the globe to gain market insights and do business.
